Pickup Information

Pickup is available from hotels, Airbnb, cruise terminal (Canada Place), or a custom location in Vancouver. Your driver will arrive in a premium black vehicle and will contact you via phone or WhatsApp upon arrival. Please ensure your phone is available at the scheduled pickup time. At hotels and private addresses, the driver will wait at the main entrance. At Canada Place cruise terminal, detailed pickup instructions will be provided in advance, and the driver will coordinate directly with you. Custom pickup details will be shared prior to the tour to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
