Your guide will meet you here and provide the group entrance tickets for the Palace. Entry is only possible together with the guide at the scheduled time. • The time shown on your voucher is the meeting time at the office. The tour will depart a few minutes after. • If you arrive late and miss the group entry, the tickets will no longer be valid and no refund or rescheduling will be possible. • Bring a picture of the passport for children (to justify the reduced price) • The skip-the-line access can be slowed down on peak days due to safety controls established by the Versailles Palace • An additional garden ticket needs to be purchased from April to October due to the Musical and fountain show season. The gardens are free from November to March. • Suitcases are not allowed • Bring your own standard jack headphones if you have them (not mandatory)
