Meet us at the base of the Equestrian Statue of Louis XIV, located directly in front of the Palace. Our representative will be holding a red flag with our agency name, "Paris TRIP," printed on it. + You are responsible for arranging your transportation to Versailles in advance to ensure you arrive on time. If travelling by train, please check the schedule carefully and make sure you take the correct train, in the right direction, at the appropriate time. If you prefer to travel by Uber or taxi, please plan ahead and allow enough time to secure a ride and reach your destination without delays. + The time indicated on your voucher is the tour departure time. The tour will depart from the meeting point at exactly that time. + Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled trip departure time. + Please meet us at the base of the Equestrian Statue of Louis XIV, located directly in front of the Palace. + Our representative will be holding a red flag with our agency name, "Paris TRIP," printed on it to help you easily identify us. + Important Late Arrival Policy: You have purchased a Guided Tour with group access to the Palace. Please arrive on time, as you may not enter the Palace without your tour group. + If you arrive late, you will not receive a Palace entrance ticket and will not be able to join the group once the tour has started. + If you miss your tour, you will need to purchase new entrance tickets directly at the Palace at your own expense. No refunds, compensation, or claims will be accepted for missed tours due to late arrival. + Subject to availability, we may be able to accommodate you in the next group for an additional fee of €30 per adult. This fee covers the cost of purchasing new entry tickets for the revised time slot. + You are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. Our team cannot be held responsible for any delays or consequences resulting from your late arrival.
