Your voucher is not the official ticket: please report at the Touristation office to redeem it. Passport ID is required to enter the venue. All visitors are required to pass through security control. Please make sure to be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your selected time slot, as entries are strictly timed. The timeslot selected refers to the visit of the Vatican Gardens: the first experience of your reservation. The Vatican Museums reserve the right to close any section, including the Sistine Chapel, due to unforeseen circumstances. The closure of any museum section does not entitle visitors to any refund.
