Single Room Supplement: Prices are per person, considering a minimum of two people traveling together. If you travel alone, a supplement will be applied for individual room use. Please contact us if you need a quote for this supplement.

Children policy: From 0 to 2 years old: 50% of the value (includes air ticket). From 3 to 11 years old: 80% of the value by sharing a bed with the parents (maximum 2 children); 100% if a separate bed is requested.

Use of Currency: The US dollar (USD) is widely accepted in Southeast Asia and easy to convert. In most cities visited, it is possible to use credit cards.

Food Allergies: If you have food restrictions or allergies, let us know before you start your trip to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Additional Baggage: If you carry a baggage that weighs more than permitted, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance so that we can assist you. The additional cost per extra pound will be the responsibility of the customer.

Travel Insurance : Travel insurance is not included. We recommend purchasing it in your home country for greater safety and tranquility during your trip.

Triple rooms: In Asia, triple rooms are usually composed of two single beds or a double bed with an extra bed for the third person.

Changes to the itinerary: The itinerary of the visits may be adjusted for operational reasons, always keeping the planned activities, except in cases of adverse weather conditions. National transfers, excursions and Flights can vary. The Guide will leave a notice at the hotel reception every night with the details of the next day.

Use of Credit Cards: In some hotels, a credit card may be required to be presented at check-in.
