Redemption Instructions

Entrance to the Montaña de Colores (Vinicunca) is paid directly on site, as entrance is charged by the local community residents. For this reason, it is essential to carry cash in suns. Our staff will always be available to help and guide travelers during checkout and throughout the experience, providing assistance at all times.

Pickup Information

Pick-up takes place at hotels located in the historic center of Cusco. Guests must wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time. A duly identified agency staff member will conduct the pick-up. The exact time will be confirmed one day before the tour via WhatsApp or email.
