Redemption Instructions

Rain can be part of our outdoor activity. After the cancellation period, the service is maintained. However, we remain attentive to ensure the best possible experience. In case of bad weather, you can contact your pilot by phone, SMS or WhatsApp on 06 85 58 05 76 to consider a lag according to our common availability. On the day of Check-out, we can stagger the schedule slightly to avoid a shower. It is important to come with clothes adapted to the weather. Rain jackets are always available on board and will be provided if required.
