Find your guide in Piazza Pio XII, 4, opposite the Gran Caffè Rossetti (formerly Bookshop Benedetto XVI). The guide will carry a sign with "Tourism" written on it. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled check-in time. The tour begins promptly and the stragglers will not be able to join the group. No refunds will be made for delays. Itinerary may change without notice due to religious events or decisions of Pope Francis and the Holy See. If the tour is cancelled, you will be offered a rescheduled schedule, a different day or a full refund. Mandatory identity card: Carry a valid passport or identity card, and make sure the name of the reservation matches your ID. Prohibited objects : Large backpacks, long umbrellas, bulky objects and sharp items (knives, scissors) are not allowed. Dress code : To enter St. Peter's Basilica, the shoulders and knees must be covered and sharp necklines are not allowed. Respect for worship: St. Peter's Basilica is a place of worship; pilgrims and religious functions have priority access. The start time can be adjusted up to 30 minutes before or after the selected time, depending on the operational needs of the monument.
