Redemption Instructions

No physical tickets are required. Please present your mobile voucher or booking confirmation to the staff or driver at pickup or at the meeting point. The lead traveler’s name must match the reservation. A valid photo ID may be requested. For hotel pickups, please be ready 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. For meeting point departures, arrive at least 15 minutes early. Our team will contact you 24 hours before the tour to confirm pickup details and final instructions.

Additional Pickup Details – Important Information for Travelers Please review the following pickup details carefully to ensure a smooth and on-time experience: Pickup Location: Hotel pickup is available from most hotels in Cancun Hotel Zone, Downtown Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, and Riviera Maya. If your hotel does not allow vehicle access, a nearby meeting point will be assigned. Pickup Time: Exact pickup time will be confirmed 24 hours before the tour via WhatsApp or email. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Transportation Type: Comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles (Suburban, Van, or Minibus depending on group size). Hotel Restrictions: Some hotels and resorts require guests to meet at the main entrance, security gate, or lobby. Our team will inform you of the exact meeting point. Cruise Ship Guests: Pickup is available near the cruise port. Please provide your ship name and arrival time in advance. Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Delays caused by guests arriving late may result in shortened tour time and are non-refundable. What to Bring: Valid ID, cash or card for dock fees, tips, or optional upgrades, sunscreen (biodegradable), sunglasses, and a towel.
