Please provide details for each person visiting us for your booking and health & safety, insurance formalities by submitting via Google Form: https://forms.gle/bsWhprBVazPALmJy8 OR Can email us at infosaltcavenz@gmail.com these information to book for each person visiting: Full name, DOB, gender, mobile number, email address, physical address, medical & allergy/surgery history details, and a list of medications if taking any. Once I receive all required information, I will make your booking for the date and time we both agree/book on. Then I will send you booking confirmation email on email address you have provided, please check your email as it may appear in your junk or spam folder depending on your settings. Please come 10–15 minutes prior to your booked time. Please be advised if you do not contact us or failure to provide these requested necessary information for your booking, your initial booking made by you with Viator / TripAdvisor / Expedia / Feverup will be cancelled and you will not be getting any refund as it was failure on your end and not ours. Also be advice we do not entertain walk-in on day if no information provided to make booking in advance, failure to do so you will not be catered plus no refund issue or we might not be on site as we work strictly booking prior to visit basis.
