Redemption Instructions

• Cruise passengers must advise supplier as soon as possible: cruise name, arrival time and departure time. • Hotel guests must advise supplier as soon as possible: hotel details or any other preferred pickup location.

Pickup Information

• The departure time for Cruise Passengers is 1 hour after the cruise docks • For Hotel Guests the departure time is flexible. Please contact us after the booking so that appropriate arrangements can be made
