Redemption Instructions

If you did not confirm your pick-up location at booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your tour date by contacting the Reservations Team at reservations@glwcs.com or call 1-877-451-1777. Primary Meeting Point: Stop #1 – Canada Place - 999 Canada Place Way o Meet at the WESTCOAST SIGHTSEEING kiosk labeled Welcome Centre. Look for Westcoast Sightseeing branding—not Viator. Viator is the booking platform; Westcoast Sightseeing is the tour operator. Alternate Meeting Points: Downtown hotel pick-up available with advance notice When to arrive? Guests should arrive at the pick-up location 30 minutes before departure time to check in. This allows the tour to depart promptly at the scheduled tour time. Present this voucher to Westcoast Sightseeing Staff upon boarding. Luggage transfers to lodging are not available.

Pickup Information

Hotel pick-up is available from most downtown Vancouver hotels. If your hotel is not listed, please choose the closest available location. Please be ready at your selected pick-up point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled tour departure time. After the tour, guests will be dropped off at the same location where they were picked up. Drop-off at Vancouver International Airport is available at the end of the tour for guests who select the Airport Drop option at the time of booking. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the tour and will not receive a refund.
