Vancouver Cruise Ship Terminal - As passenger leaves the cruise ship, go through terminal customs and check-in with the BC Ferries Connector agent holding sign 'BC Ferries Connector Bus to Victoria'. This option is only available to passengers disembarking a cruise ship on the same day of travel.

Drop off is located at the Victoria Bus Depot - Capital City Station. (721 Douglas Street, Victoria BC).
Redemption Instructions
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Baggage weight limit is 50lbs per bag, no exceptions to weight limit. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure
