Meeting and Pickup
Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre Unit #1 - 1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC, V6C 0C3 The seaplane terminal is located at Burrard Landing in Coal Harbour. Paid parking is available at 1095 W Waterfront Rd, Vancouver, BC. Check-in for your flight 40 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure.

The bus will continue on to the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver (900 West Georgia St) for the final drop off.

If not checked-in, seat will be forfeited and subject to 100% non-refundable No Show Fee. • All travelers over the age of 18 must bring a valid photo ID.
Itinerary
1. Check in 40 minutes prior to departure at the Vancouver Harbour terminal. Your adventure begins with a scenic 35-minute flight departing from Vancouver Harbour, where you’ll board your seaplane for a stunning aerial tour. Soar over the Gulf Islands, taking in panoramic views of the city and its breathtaking surroundings. From above, see the sparkling waters and lush landscapes unfold, providing you with a unique perspective of British Columbia’s coastal beauty.
2. Upon arrival, you’ll be immersed in the historic charm of Victoria’s Inner Harbour. Spend the day exploring the city's quaint antique shops, cozy cafés, and the oldest Chinatown in Canada. Wander through historic alleys, soaking up the atmosphere of this vibrant yet relaxed destination. Whether you’re shopping for unique souvenirs or simply enjoying the picturesque views, you’ll experience Victoria as the locals do—slowly, authentically, and with plenty of time to explore.
3. When you’re ready to return, please check in at the Victoria Bus Depot to board the BC Ferries Connector bus. The bus will take you to the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, about a 1-hour drive from downtown Victoria. From there, you’ll board the ferry for a 1.5-hour sailing across the Strait of Georgia, offering another chance to enjoy the stunning coastal scenery.
4. After docking at the Tsawwassen ferry terminal, you’ll board the bus for a scenic drive back to downtown Vancouver. The journey takes approximately 1 hour (depending on traffic), offering one last opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the area as you travel through the diverse landscapes of the region.
5. Your day concludes with a comfortable drop-off at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver (900 W Georgia St), where you’ll arrive at approximately 7:40 PM. Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.
