Utiel-Requena, a protected designation of origin, is located less than 1 hour from Valencia and is an area full of valleys and vineyards in which the main economic engine is wine. This wine tradition dates back to the 7th century BC and it is one of the oldest in the world. This excursion will take you fully into the villages par excellence where Valencian wine is produced: You will discover the wine processes and the vineyard fields, thus being able to taste the grapes from the vine itself during the season (August-September) and in October tread the grapes.
