Redemption Instructions

We have some wonderful news to share! Your PDF entry ticket is currently on its way and will be arriving shortly. Please keep an eye out for it in your Viator Messages within the Viator App, or check your email. If we have your phone number, we'll also send it to you via WhatsApp. This is only a booking confirmation voucher and not your actual ticket, this will not give you access to the Abbey, so there's no need to add it to your Apple Wallet. Our dedicated team at the Westminster Abbey will only recognise the PDF entry ticket with the QR code that will soon be sent over. Here’s when you can expect your PDF entry ticket with QR Code: - If purchased up to 2 days before your visit: You'll receive it the day before. - For those who bought tickets within 1 day of visiting or made same-day bookings: It’ll come through on the morning of your visit date or shortly before your visit time, if booked for that same day.
