Redemption Instructions

Just a quick reminder: this voucher is not an actual entry ticket and cannot be used for direct access, so please refrain from saving it to your Apple Wallet. We kindly ask that you do not present this confirmation voucher to the staff at the entrance as it's merely for confirmation purposes. ✨ You will receive the actual PDF ticket with QR/Barcode via email notification from the website or app through which you made the reservation. If the phone number you provided during booking is available on WhatsApp, expect to get your tickets there as well. For those who booked via Viator, please check the messages in the contact operator section for your real tickets. Here’s when you can expect to receive your PDF ticket: ⏰ For purchases made up to 2 days before your visit - You’ll get it the day before your scheduled date. ⏰ For tickets bought within 2 days of your visit - Expect to receive it a few hours before or just shortly prior to your allotted time.
