Map: https://skagway.tours/map-pick-up/ HOW TO FIND US… At the BROADWAY Dock Exit the ship, turn left, and walk approximately 550ft (165m) to the bus loading area. As you exit the shuttle, turn right, and follow the sidewalk approximately 150ft (50m). We will meet you at the brown pavilion, near the M&M Tour Sales booth, in Zone B.Video Instructions for Railroad Dock AFT: https://skagway.tours/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/SHIPSHUTTLEFINAFINAL.mp4 At Railroad Dock FRONT Due to a rockslide near Railroad Dock FRONT, the water taxi (ship tender) is the only way off the ship. Wait times have been unpredictable. Please plan 45 minutes to get to the check-in location. In the event of delays, we are unable to hold the tour. Take the water taxi to the pier then walk up the ramp. At the top, turn left and follow the sidewalk for approximately 400ft (125m). We will meet you in the brown pavilion, near the M&M Tour Sales booth, in Zone B. TOUR PROVIDER: Skagway Tours CHECK-IN TIME: 15 minutes before your tour’s start time MEETING LOCATION: Bus loading area near your ship Your cruise ship will arrive at one of three locations in the Port of Skagway: the ORE Dock, BROADWAY Dock, or the RAILROAD Dock.15 minutes before your tour, a Skagway Tours representative holding a red “Skagway Tours” sign will meet you at your dock’s bus loading area. Map: https://skagway.tours/map-pick-up/ IMPORTANT: Please do not use Google or Apple Maps, or the map link provided by Viator. These will send you to our office in town or the Harbor Master’s office. We pick you up at the bus loading area near your ship. PASSPORTS REQUIRED: This tour crosses the USA-Canada border twice. Passports are required. Guests without proper documentation will be denied participation with no refunds. For USA or Canadian citizens a government-issued ID and original birth certificate (no photocopies) are also valid for entry. VISAS. If you come from a country that needs a visa for Canada or the USA you will need to bring those in addition to your passport. IMPORTANT: Cruise line staff may incorrectly say passports are not needed in Skagway, AK. You MUST bring your passport or valid ID/birth certificate due to the border crossing.

Itinerary

1. This amazing photostop is at the summit of the White Pass and Klondike Highway
Duration: 15 mins
2. Tour of downtown Skagway before or after going up to Canada and exploring British Columbia & the Yukon & Drop off in downtown after tour if you wish
3. Pitchfork Falls is a 2,000-foot cascade into the Skagway River, viewable from the Klondike Highway between Skagway, Alaska and the border with British Columbia. The falls goes underneath a railroad bridge of the White Pass and Yukon Railway
4. We stop by various buildings and scenic points of the Klondike Gold Rush, including the White Pass and points along the Klondike Highway as we go to Canada (British Columbia and The Yukon)
5. While some in our group are participating in the dog sled mushing expedition, you'll go to the Welcome to the Yukon sign just up the Klondike Highway. This is a fun photo stop with First Nations tribe members offering authentic goods for sale.

7. This Extra stop may be included (timing & weather dependent.) Somewhat hidden along the Klondike Highway is this unique inland desert - sand dunes as a result of receding glaciers thousands of years ago have formed the world's smallest inland desert!
