Using an oven built in 1765 under King Louis XV, you'll sample a number of local and regional specialties while learning about traditional French bread-making. Afterwards, you'll do a deep dive into the immense world of French cheese. Did you know there are seasons for cheese? Or why brie tastes better in France? We'll discuss the impact of aging, different animal milks, when to eat the rind and offer our professional guidance on how to select cheese on your own.
