Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

You need to bring: • Day Pack to hold food, harness, wetsuit, helmet (everything gets wet) • Clothing to hike into and out of the canyon (maybe worn under the wetsuit) • ***MANDATORY*** Old Shorts to go over the wetsuit (protects the wetsuit) • Leather Gloves (optional for tender hands on rough rock and rappelling)  • Fleece beanie (good for staying warm)  • Wool/Neoprene gloves/socks (keeps you warm in the cold water) • Hat/Sunglasses/Sunscreen  • 3-4 liters of water (Start hydrating the day before!!!! This means your pee needs to be light colored or clear before Saturday morning. Being hydrated also helps prevent muscle cramps.)  • Plenty of high energy snacks and lunch – we will not be anywhere we can get food/drink until 30 minutes AFTER we get back to the top  • 1 flashlight/headlamp per person (in case our adventure takes longer than expected)  • Comfortable, sturdy and WORN shoes that have traction on wet rocks – tennis shoes are fine but this is NOT the time to break in a new pair of shoes.  • Dry Bag (keeps lunch dry) • Camera/Video (you are responsible for your gear)  • Medications - Bring what you may need for medical needs. Please contact us if you have any questions.
