Pickup Information

⚠️ Pick-up is available only from designated locations within Waikiki. After making your reservation, please contact us directly for the most accurate pick-up instructions and directions. Please include: • Your hotel name or accommodation address • Your reservation number • Your tour date • Your tour time We will arrange the closest available pick-up location for you. The exact pick-up time and location will be provided by email prior to your tour. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early, as the shuttle will depart on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. ⚠️ Pick-up locations must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the tour. If not confirmed, pick-up service will be automatically canceled and guests must check in directly at the harbor.
