Pickup Information

⚠️ Pick-up service is available only from designated locations within Waikiki. After completing your reservation, please contact us directly to arrange your pick-up. Once we receive your email, we will review your reservation and send you a confirmation with your assigned pick-up details. Please include the following information: * Your email address * Hotel name or accommodation address * Reservation number * Tour date * Tour time We will assign the designated pick-up location closest to your hotel or accommodation. ⚠️ Important: The time shown on your voucher is the boat departure time, not your hotel pick-up time. Hotel pick-up usually takes place approximately one hour before the tour departure time. However, the exact pick-up time varies depending on your hotel and assigned pick-up location. Your exact pick-up time and location will be confirmed by email before your tour. Please carefully check the messages on the website where you made your reservation, as well as your email inbox and spam folder. Please arrive at the assigned pick-up location at least 5 minutes early, as the shuttle departs on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. ⚠️ Pick-up arrangements must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your tour. If we do not receive your pick-up information by then, your pick-up service will be automatically canceled, and you will need to check in directly at the harbor. Please note that we do not provide separate confirmation phone calls. All pick-up confirmations and updates are provided by email or through the messaging system of your booking website only.
