• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Days prior to your activity date, our reservations team will contact you to share your confirmation code, which you can use to request access at the activity site. In case you do not receive this information, please contact us at +52 624 146 9410 at least 24 hours before your service date.

Pickup Information

Once you make you reservation please let us know in order for us to schedule pick up time, this will be arranged according to your hotel location. If you are staying at Nobu, Hard Rock, Diamante or Rancho Solmar San Lucas transportation is not included and you need to meet us at tour location.
