Redemption Instructions

Tours pick up and drop off at travelers hotel. Tours include entrance fees. Chauffeurs provide a panoramic tour with historic highlights and private transport to and from the sites visited but are not accredited tour guides. The tour descriptions are suggested itineraries, the passengers may visit any other sites within the tour areas that they may wish to visit, time permitting. The driver will discuss any specific requests with passengers on the day. Blue badge accredited guides are available upon request (subject to availability and additional costs ). Multimedia Audio Guides included with the pass, and provided at entrance. Multimedia Audio guides are in many languages. All Tours are carried out by Professional drivers with many years’ experience. All drivers and vehicles are Licenced and regulated by TFL (Transport for London). We only use latest and high end model vehicles which are specifically selected for their comfort and reliability. We will send your passes to your email address or WattsApp messages 24 hours before the the tour start time. Also your driver will have the passes, and he will assist you to gain entry to the castle.

Pickup & Drop-Off Information This tour includes complimentary pickup and drop-off from your hotel or private address. Unless advised otherwise, we will return you to your original pickup location at the end of the tour. ✅ Pickup Instructions: Hotel Guests: Please wait in the lobby at the scheduled pickup time. Private Addresses: Kindly be ready outside the main entrance at the pickup time. If your accommodation is not listed during booking, please email us your pickup details at your earliest convenience. If you do not yet have your pickup details at the time of booking, we kindly request that you provide them at least 12 hours before your tour begins to ensure smooth coordination.
