Meeting and Pickup
We meet at Tauranga Bridge Marina where there is plenty of free all day parking. Our boat is berthed on D1 just outside the restaurant and marina office building.
Redemption Instructions
• It is important to call us on +64 7577 0105 between 6pm and 7pm the evening before your trip to confirm if there have been any changes to the tour to avoid disappointment. • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund. • Weather or sea conditions can change. The skipper has the right to cancel a trip if the sea conditions are not conducive to our operation. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund. • We will require customers to call the night before their expected trip for a confirmation if weather and sea conditions are permitting for the following day.
