• You must confirm as soon as your booking is made by contacting A Special Memory Wedding Chapel on one of the following: • Locally +1 702 384 2211 • TOLL FREE number: +1 800 962 7798 • Email on: consultant@aspecialmemory.com CHAPEL ADDRESS: 800 S. 4TH STEET, LAS VEGAS, NV 89101 FOREIGN LANGUAGE MINISTERS ARE ONLY UPON AVAILABILITY. YOU ARE NOT CHARGED FOR THIS SERVICE. • You will only need your passport or other photo identification at the marriage bureau. You will not be required to have any other documentation (divorce decrees are not necessary in Nevada). IF THIS IS A LEGAL WEDDING YOU MUST OBTAIN A MARRIAGE LICENSE BEFORE THE WEDDING. Please go to https://clerk.clarkcountynv.gov/AcclaimClerkPreApp/Home/Index to pre-register for that. And make sure you go pick it up when you arrive at 201 E. Clark Ave. Renewal of vows will not require documentation. • The listed price does not include fees for the minister, $60.00 ( IN CASH), Marriage License, $102.00 and Driver Gratuity, (recommended) $40.00(if Supersize Package is selected). The fee is required by our local supplier and is not within our control. • Basic Package does not include limousine transportation. *Upon check out please provide your preferred time for the wedding in the special requirements field
