Check - in time is 30 minutes before your reservation time. We will board the boat 5 mins prior to reservation time. There will be NO REFUND if you miss the boat. Please check in at the yellow booth to the left of Pier E at 1025 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813 Rescheduling of any portion of your party will result in a $25 per person. Trips are weather dependent $7 Fuel surcharge per person For the safety of all participants, we strictly prohibit intoxicated or under the influence guests and reserve the right to deny service at the captain's discretion Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled outside of 24 hours will receive a refund of the ticket price.
