Pickup Information

Please send us your Hotel / Accommodation name and address in order to arrange the transfer service. Hotel pickups commence approximately 60 to 90 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. It's important for you to send us your room number so we can have access to the resort for the pickup. We don't do transfers from Cancun. If you are staying in Cancun Area we can arrange a private transfer for an extra fee. Please contact us for more information.

It is recommended that you bring comfortable shoes, a swimsuit, sunglasses, a towel and biodegradable sunscreen

Minimum age to drive is 16 years (Mandatory to show ID)

Passengers must be at least 5 years old. The minimum height required is 1.20 metes (3 feet 9 inches).
