Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Not recommended for participants with back problems. No wheelchairs recommended. Not recommended for pregnant women. The listed price does not include a $15 USD per vehicle for ATV insurance surcharge, payable at the time of tour check-in. ATV INSURANCE surcharge is required by our local supplier and is not within our control. Hotel pickups commence approximately 60 to 90 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Children under 16 years old won't be able to drive the ATV, it should present a valid ID to confirm the age. We reserve the right of admission in case any passenger is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We don't do transfers from Cancun, if you are staying in Cancun Area we can arrange a private transfer for an extra fee.

Pickup Information

Please send us your Hotel / Accommodation name and address in order to arrange the transfer service. Hotel pickups commence approximately 60 to 90 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. It's important for you to send us your room number so we can have access to the resort for the pickup. We don't do transfers from Cancun. If you are staying in Cancun Area we can arrange a private transfer for an extra fee. Please contact us for more information.
