Redemption Instructions

We respectfully request that all guests, regardless of age, present a valid form of identification. This can be a photo on your mobile. If you have any special requests or needs, such as those related to accessibility, weight, or language assistance, please let us know so we can ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Payment for any additional services, such as photos, ATV insurance, and transfer fees, may be made in cash or by credit/debit card. For those planning to operate an ATV, please note that a valid ID and a minimum age of sixteen are required. This pricing incorporates the promotional offer from the Akumal Monkey Sanctuary, valid for the months of June and July, specifically for shared ATVs and couples participating in activities at the AMS. Please note that two additional payments will be required on the day of your tour. • Round transfer service (Mandatory): $17 USD per vehicle. • Eco Fee: $17 USD per person. This is a federal conservation fee required for snorkeling in Akumal Bay. Both fees must be paid upon arrival. We look forward to your visit.
