Redemption Instructions
Important reminder for Hotel Pick-Ups: -This service is offered for our Plantation Tours ONLY (Whitney, Oak Alley, Laura, and plantation combo tours) -This is a shared tour and requires a waiting time. But rest assured that you will be picked up in front of your hotels between the times 8:00am -8:30am. -Hotel pick-ups are available for most hotels within a 1.2-mile radius of 414 Canal Street, if not you must come to 414 CANAL STREET. -If you have any other questions regarding your pickup do not hesitate to contact us immediately.

Meeting & Pickup Information Pickup Time: Pickup occurs between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM Please be ready outside your hotel by 8:00 AM Pickup times may vary due to multiple hotel stops. Hotel Pickup: Pickup is available from most downtown New Orleans hotels If your hotel is not listed, please select a nearby hotel from the pickup list Central Meeting Point: (If Not Using Hotel Pickup) Parking Lot – 414 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130 When searching, type “parking lot” in the pickup search Please select this option so we know where to pick you up What to Look For: A white bus with our logo will pull up in front of your hotel or meeting point Important Notes: Please allow up to 30 minutes for the bus to arrive If it is after 8:35 AM and you have not been picked up, please call us
