Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Service hour for airport pickup is between 07:00 to 23:00. • You need approval from the local tour supplier for pickup before 07:00 or after 23:00.  Kindly remind extra hour will be charged additionally according to Labor Law. • For flight late arrival, extra hour will be charged.  Usually you will be advised to pay in cash as tipping to your driver.
