For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

Klondike Tours would like to thank you for allowing us to show you our amazing town and beautiful sights. Your guide or a company representative will be waiting for you at the dock 30 minutes before the tour begins, unless you make special arrangements. Our office is located on 3RD Ave. and State St. (near the food carts). We will be crossing the US border, so PASSPORTS are required. Weather can change quickly so please be prepared for wind and rain just in case. At the end of the tour, we will stop in town or at your ship if you like. We do not require tickets to board. We will ask you for your name and ask to see your PASSPORT. If you have any questions, please call me at the number below. • This tour departs from Skagway. If your ship is docked in Haines, please book Haines to Skagway Fast Ferry in order to get to the tour on time. Refunds will not be given for lack of PASSPORTS. Our contact number is: 907-983-2075

Pickup Information

PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL TOURS LEAVING SKAGWAY. Thank you for joining Klondike Tours for your adventure in Skagway, Alaska! Skagway has multiple docks in operation. We will pick up guests at the docks in our tour busses. Please look for the bus marked Klondike Tours, or our representative who will have a sign saying the same at each dock. Please remember your Passports!
