If you cancel at least 2 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• A current valid passport is required on the day of travel. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • Please email us at chile@grayline.com or call +56 22244 4141 or +56 97707 5564 at least 24 hours prior to the departure date of the tour to reconfirm date of travel, pickup time, and location for your tour. You can either print your voucher or show the e-voucher at the time of check-in.
