Check - in time is 30 minutes before your reservation time. We will board the boat 5 mins before reservation time. There will be NO REFUND if you miss the boat Rescheduling of any portion of your party will result in a $25 per person. Pregnant women are unable to fly. Children must be at least 5 years old to participate in parasailing and must weigh a minimum of 50 pounds. Trips are weather dependent We require a minimum passenger weight of 50 lbs and a maximum weight in the parachute of 450 lbs For the safety of all participants, we strictly prohibit intoxicated or under the influence guests and reserve the right to deny service at the captain's discretion Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled outside of 24 hours will receive a refund of the ticket price. Within 24 hours, tickets are Non refundable, including ticket surcharge
