Redemption Instructions

Please contact us for pick up place & time before 24 hours of departure. If your place is out of center, please come to our tour desk in lobby of Central Post Office (2 Cong Xa Pari, Dist 1, HoChiMinh City)

Pickup Information

If you don't want to pick up or your location is outside of District 1, please give us your hotel information so we may pick you up before the scheduled departure time. Come by our counter at 241 Pham Ngu Lao Str, Dist 1 or the Sai Gon Central Post Office. - At the Sai Gon Post Office's main entrance, turn to face the inside and look at the VietCruise Tours counter on your left hand. - We will pick you up at your hotel if you purchase a private trip.
