Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive between 7:00 to 7:15 am for check in. The exact meeting location and directions will be provided once your reservation is confirmed. We do not have departures on the 31st of each month due to Whale Shark Conservation Day.
Redemption Instructions
Whale shark sightings cannot be guaranteed, as these are wild animals in their natural habitat. The use of sunscreen, tanning oils, or any other chemicals on your skin is strictly prohibited to help protect the whale sharks and the marine ecosystem. A life jacket must be worn at all times while participating in the water activities. Your certified guide will provide a full safety briefing and instructions before the tour to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking preventive medication before departure.

Please note that for tours with transportation, pick-up starts at 6:00 AM for Cancun area and 5:00 AM for Playa del Carmen and Tulum areas.
