Redemption Instructions

1. This voucher will not be accepted if presented directly at the Salt Mine ticket office. You will get your actual entry ticket from our representative at the Salt Mine. 2. Pick-up place for the Guided tour from the meeting point - stand G5 at the main bus station, located at Bosacka 18. 3. Please note: The entrance ticket to the Salt Mine is not included in the price and must be paid for on site. 4. Departure and visit times may occasionally change due to museum scheduling. Pickup Information

Customers are required to provide their accommodation address when choosing the option with hotel pick up. Please note that it is not possible to pick up from certain hotels in the centre of Krakow due to traffic bans. In such cases, the driver will approach the hotel door and lead you to the vehicle. If your Hotel is not listed as one of the pickup points please contact the supplier to confirm your pickup location.
