Redemption Instructions

1. This voucher will not be accepted if presented directly at the Salt Mine ticket office. You will get your actual entry ticket from our representative at the Salt Mine. 2. Pick up place for the Guided tour from the meeting point - stand G5 at the main bus station, located at Bosacka 18. 3. If you choose the Hotel pick-up option, our driver will pick you up from the chosen hotel in Krakow. After the tour, you will be dropped off at the centrally located meeting point: 18b Pawia St. 4. The departure time may change due to the availability of guides at the Salt Mine. In case of any changes, we will contact you the day before the tour. 5. Please note: If you selected the "Standard Tour" option, the entrance ticket to the Salt Mine is not included in the price and must be paid for on site. Pickup Information

Customers are required to provide their accommodation address when choosing the option with hotel pick up. Please note that it is not possible to pick up from certain hotels in the centre of Krakow due to traffic bans. In such cases, the driver will approach the hotel door and lead you to the vehicle. If your Hotel is not listed as one of the pickup points please contact the supplier to confirm your pickup location.
