The tour at the Museum starts between 8:00 and 12:00 am. The pickup from hotel begins 1 hour prior to start the activity. Please make sure to contact the supplier to set the exact time of start. Pickup included

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Comfortable walking shoes and warm clothing are recommended • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is cancelled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel • Each traveller is allowed a maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the main cannot exceed dimensions: 35x20x20 cm.  • Roundtrip transportation is available from most centrally located Krakow hotels. Please arrange to pick up from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation (0048 511444064 or by booking@gr8way.pl) You are required to wait at the reception 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.

If you want to be picked up from the hotel please contact us first on booking@gr8way.pl. Then we will send you a confirmation with the exact pick-up place and pick up time. In case of lack of contact with Help Desk and pick up place confirmation. You will be picked up from address Garbarska 2 st.
