The tour at the Museum starts between 8:00am and 6:00pm. The pickup from hotel begins 1.5 hours prior to start the activity. Duration: 5 hours Pickup included
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Meeting and Pickup
Please contact us if you want to be picked up from your hotel. Otherwise, we will pick you up from your hotel or from Meeting point located on Straszewskiego 14 Street.
Redemption Instructions
• Comfortable walking shoes and warm clothing are recommended • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel • Each traveler is allowed a maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the main cannot exceed dimensions: 35x20x20 cm. • Roundtrip transportation is available from most centrally located Krakow hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation (booking@gr8way.pl) You are required to wait at the reception 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.
Pickup Information
Customer needs to provide their accommodation address in order to perfom hotel pickup. In case of lack of this information customer will be awaited at our meeting point at Straszewskiego 14 Street. Some of the hotels located in Kraków Old Town are in traffic restricted area and no direct pickup is available. In that case we provide a pickup from closest possbile pickup point.
