No animals are allowed in the mine. The mine does not offer any animal shelters of its own for your pets

Baggage can be left at the luggage office located close to the tourist information center

Pick up and drop off is only at the designated meeting point (64 Grodzka street)

Baby carriages and luggage larger then 30 x 20 x 10cm are not permitted inside the museum

The lift is used only at the end of the tourist route to get transported back to the surface.
