Redemption Instructions

What to Bring: Swimsuit, towel, sandals, hat or cap. Biodegradable sunscreen: Apply before transportation and after water activities to avoid harming marine life. We recommend using t-shirts, hats, and towels for additional sun protection. Snorkel equipment is provided, but you may bring your own if preferred. Fees and Payments: $20 USD per person for federal marina and national park fees, payable in cash upon pickup. Bring cash for souvenirs and tips. Safety and Conduct: To ensure the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated or displaying signs of intoxication. If intoxication results in tour cancellation, refunds will not be issued. Transfer Details: Transfer durations are approximate and vary based on traffic and time of day. Tour times may be adjusted in response to local traffic and weather conditions.

We offer pick up from any hotel, airbnb or private residence: Pick up Tulum between 04:00-05:00 am.
