Redemption Instructions

Hotel pickup is included from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum. The exact pickup time and meeting details will be provided after booking confirmation. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. A mandatory Marine Park Conservation Fee of $20 USD per person is not included and must be paid on the day of the tour. We recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, hat, sunglasses, biodegradable sunscreen, sandals, and extra cash for souvenirs and gratuities. Vegetarian meal options are available upon request with at least 24 hours' notice. The minimum age for participation is 5 years old. This activity is not recommended for pregnant travelers. Whale shark sightings are highly likely during the season; however, as these are wild animals in their natural habitat, sightings cannot be guaranteed. The tour is subject to weather and sea conditions.

Pickup Information

You must contact Cancun Experience at least 24 hours before your product date to confirm your reservation and arrange transportation, if you book within 24 hours please contact immediately. Use the contact details on your confirmation/voucher. If your hotel is outside of the coverage area, you will be asked to meet the tour at a designated meeting point.
