One-way trip ends at Greenwich Pier, next to the Cutty Sark. Round trip returns back to Westminster Pier. At Greenwich, you do not need to stay on the boat. You may disembark, spend some time looking at local attractions, then re-embark on a later return journey.

Itinerary

1. The Houses of Parliament are the home of British democracy. The Elizabeth Tower that houses Big Ben is one of the most famous landmarks in London.
2. The London Eye is the world’s largest cantilevered observation wheel, offering wonderful views of London during its 30-minute rotation.
3. Built in 1951 for the Festival of Britain, the venue is host to many international concerts. The complex includes restaurants and bars with great views of the river.
4. Housed in the converted Bankside power station, the Tate Modern is a ‘family-friendly’ modern art gallery, with a free permanent collection as well as specialist exhibitions.
5. Built by Sir Christopher Wren after the Great Fire of London, St Paul’s is simply awe-inspiring. See amazing views from the dome, but be warned, it’s 530 steps to the top!
6. A replica of the original Globe Theatre with daily behind-the-scenes tours, and a summer season of Shakespeare’s plays as Elizabethan audiences would have seen them.
7. Explore the nine decks of this warship to discover what life was like onboard during the Second World War.
8. Explore a thousand years of history. Visit the Bloody Tower, see where royalty lived - and were executed - and marvel at the Crown Jewels.
9. An excellent example of Victorian engineering at its best. Find out how it works and see the Thames through the glass floors of the walkway in the Tower Bridge Experience.
10. Visit Cutty Sark in Greenwich for an action-packed day out on one of the world's most famous ships. Meet figures from the ship’s past like Captain Woodget and the ship’s cook and hear their epic stories about life on board the fastest ship of her time. Take the helm at the ship's wheel, visit the crew's quarters, then relax with a coffee and a cake at the ship’s café. Cutty Sark is the world's sole surviving tea clipper and now an award-winning visitor attraction.

11. Take a selfie at the historic Prime Meridian where east meets west and take your place at the centre of the world. Whilst you're at the top of the hill at the Royal Observatory be sure to enjoy the views of London and beautiful Greenwich Park, the perfect chance to point out landmarks to your kids. Visit the beautiful Flamsteed House, designed by Sir Christopher Wren and historic home to Britain's Astronomers Royal. Take a fascinating glimpse into the apartments where the Astronomers Royal and their families lived and worked in our new Observatory Life display. On top of Flamsteed House is one of the world’s earliest public time signals, the bright red Time Ball, which has been in operation since 1833. See it drop at 1pm every day!
