Redemption Instructions

- Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. -The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. - Kindly note that the final pickup time and location will be confirmed by the tour operator (Auckland & Beyond Tours) within 24 hours prior to the tour.

Pickup Information

- Please advise your hotel at the time of confirming the booking in the 'additional info' area. - Please note that exact pick-up time & location details will be advised to you the day prior once the driver's schedule has been finalized. -On the day of the tour, our guide will pick you up from the main entrance door of the hotel, and you will be able to recognize him easily by his full uniform displaying our company logo.
