Redemption Instructions

Please call or text Waikiki Sailing Company at 808-367-4455 and provide your name of reservation and email address for your electronic waiver form prior to your tour time. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure to check-in. Waikiki has traffic, busy parking lots, as well as many events. We strongly recommend that our guests check for road closures/events/parades/etc to plan ahead and prevent missing and losing reservations. Guests will NOT be permitted to rebook if they are late and miss their departure time. No exceptions. WE DEPART FROM WAIKIKI BEACH DIRECTLY BEHIND THE DUKE KAHANAMOKU STATUE (BEACHFRONT OF THE HYATT REGENCY HOTEL 2424 KALAKAUA AVE) PLEASE WALK DOWN TO THE SHORELINE AND PROCEED TO THE BOAT ITSELF, AS THERE IS NO CHECK-IN BOOTH. THE CREW WILL CHECK YOU IN AT THE BAOT. DO NOT WAIT AT THE STATUE. Departure location may be subject to change during the summer months due to high tide that creates a rough shorebreak. For the safety of our guests we will not use our boarding ladder on the shoreline and will move to our pier. In this case, we will reach out to you on the day of your activity if high tide is forecasted during the time of your tour. Departure location will then be: Ala Wai Harbor.
