-Meeting time 9:30 am. -Departure time 10:00 a.m. -Tolerance for late parties is 15 minutes. -Dress code is casual. -Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. -We recommend to have breakfast before the tour. -Cruise Ship Visitors / Meeting Point CENTRO CULTURAL RIVIERA. DIRECTIONS TO GET TO THE CENTRO CULTURAL RIVIERA simply walk straight from the cruise ship dock towards the direction of the town (about 15 min), cross the main street with the name Ave. Lazaro Cardenas, and you will find the Riviera Center in front of you. It's a big white colonial style building. Terms and Conditions. - Participants must arrive at the meeting and/or pick-up point on the date established in the reservation and at least 15 minutes before the indicated time. - Participants will have a 15-minute waiting tolerance. If the participant does not show up, it will be understood as NO-SHOW and no refund will be made. - THE WINE ROUTE company is not obliged to contact the participant by email or telephone before the experience. - If the participant has any medical condition or special requirement, it is important to communicate it to the staff to consider their well-being and integrity during the activities and journeys of the trip. - Once the trip has started, participants agree to comply with the safety and organization instructions of the trip coordinator, group assistants, as well as the local guides. - Traveler insurance is valid only while the traveler is on board the transportation. - THE WINE ROUTE is not responsible for objects forgotten or lost during the trip. -It is the exclusive responsibility of adults for the safety and integrity of minors who attend the trip with them. -The traveler or client accepts the terms and conditions of the trip, as well as cancellation policies once payment has been made.
