Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Applicable for a Whistler to Vancouver Airport (YVR) one-way private service. • We understand airlines sometimes change flight times.  In the event of a change to your outbound flight, kindly reconfirm with us so that we may do our best to accommodate a pickup time adjustment for you.

Pickup Information

Your driver will be at your Whistler residence or Whistler Hotel at the specified pickup time.  We always recommend a pickup in Whistler 5 hours prior to your flight departure time in the event of any highway delays and/or traffic.  We understand that flights sometimes change.  If you discover your outbound flight time has changed and you require a change to your pickup time, please contact us asap and we will do our absolute best to accommodate.
