Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

Once you board the bus, your guide will check you in with your Viator booking confirmation. Upon arrival at the gardens your guide will assist you in purchasing your entry tickets to the Gardens. They will then direct you to the gate. Please note that your guide is not responsible for your ticket once you receive it. Your guide is also not responsible if you purchased the incorrect entry ticket online for a group members age. You will be responsible to purchase a new ticket if The Gardens requires one.

Pickup Information

Important** Cruise ship passengers must inform the tour provider of the cruise ship they will be arriving on at time of booking or within 7 days of the tour date, to ensure you are picked up at the correct dock in a smooth, timely manner. After booking you can send a message through Viator. We will message you through Viator, or WhatsApp if you have provided your out of country phone number, closer to your tour date. Your driver will meet you at your scheduled start time, at your chosen meeting point. They will have a sign with your name on it.
